An opportunity to learn about ex-slave and anti-slavery campaigner Frederick Douglass who visited North Shields during his campaigns and spoke at the Baptist Church.

This free talk will be given by Dave Young, one of the contributors to the North Shields 800 Fact of the Day.

Following the talk refreshments will be available.
