Mouth of the Tyne Festival takes place on Tynemouth Front Street and the grounds of Tynemouth Priory and Castle. We will be celebrating 20 years of the festival in 2025.
There’s free street entertainment, a jazz stage and a huge parade taking place on Front Street on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 July. Evening concerts will take place at Priory castle Thursday – Saturday, with a daytime concert on the Sunday. Two concerts have been confirmed; Ministry of Sound Classical on Friday 11 July and Elbow on Saturday 12 July, with more acts to be announced.
